  How can I get a double-click to ignore a single-click?
 In short, you can`t.  A single-click will always register at least once
- in the interval between the clicks of a double-click.  Tk does not
delay evaluation of a mouse button binding to see if the user will
double or triple click.  You can prevent a second single-click binding
from triggering by adding a `break` to the end of the double-click
